If you wish to return or exchange a product please notify us within 15 days of receipt of the product. Subject to them being 'UNOPENED', 'UNUSED' in a 'SALEABLE' condition.

Returned products are subject to inspection by us. 

We do not accept returns on used Makeup & Cosmetic items (including brushes due to hygiene reasons). Refunds will be credited to the original credit card used for payment.

You may wish to choose a delivery service that insures your parcel to the value of the goods being sent, always keep your Tracking number, as the returned item is your responsibility until it reaches us.

*We offer a next day express delivery service for UK customers, though this does not include weekends or Bank Holidays. Standard delivery for UK customers is 4-5 days.

**For most European destinations we offer a Europriority service, which takes 2-3 working days but does not include weekends or Bank Holidays. Therefore, if you order on a Thursday, you probably will not receive the goods until Tuesday or Wednesday the following week - this is out of our control.

Standard delivery to USA  7-25 days for orders below 2kg

Note: Orders above 2kg delivery (for example the Soft Trolley) delivery will be between 4-20 days to any other countries apart from the United Kingdom.

We currently use DHL, Direct Link, Parcelforce and Royal Mail-Airsure Service for worldwide deliveries.

Next Day delivery (if ordered before  Monday -Thursday before 12 noon, excluding weekends)

Standard delivery (4-5 days)

4-5 (if your order was placed on friday we will  be shipping on Monday)

4-5 day delivery will be counting from monday (our delivery services do not work on Saturday and Sunday)

Due to variation in international shipping costs, depending on the product and destination, we cannot specify exact prices prior to checkout. The shipping cost will be calculated at checkout. However, for guidance, our prices to Europe start at £8.49 for Europriority and £13.50 for DHL Express to the USA.
